Our mission is to make your experience with us seamless, straightforward and collaborative. We’ve designed every step of the process with our clients in mind.
Here's how we work...
Step 1:
Contact Us
Contact us via our
enquiry form. We would love to hear about your project! Based on your project's requirements, we will send you a bespoke proposal.
Step 5:
Lights, Camera, Action!
The day has arrived! It's time to get your products in front of the camera and bring your visions to life. Leave it to us to make some magic!
Step 2:
Contract and Deposit
We'll send you the contract, and invoice for 50% of the total shoot cost as your deposit. Once that's paid, your product shoot is confirmed and we can move on to pre-production!
Step 6:
Choose Your Favourites!
Once all your products have been photographed, we will allow you access to your personal watermarked gallery. Here you can choose your favourite photographs from the shoot.
Step 3:
Pre-Production
Let's talk all things colour palettes, props, styling and any must haves for your shoot. This way we ensure we capture exactly what you're looking for!
Step 7:
Post-Production
Your favourites will be edited/retouched so they are polished and perfect! All your photographs will be delivered to you, ready to use, via the online gallery.
Step 4:
Posting Your Products
Package your products with care (preferably in bubble wrap/packing paper) - we don't want anything getting damaged on the way! Post to The Caramel Studio.
Step 8:
Final Gallery Delivery
Once the final payment has been received, you will be notified when your photographs are accessible on your personal online gallery. These can be downloaded straight away. We know you're going to love them!
