We price our projects individually based on your requirements, please kindly complete the form to receive a proposal.

We aim to photograph, retouch and deliver your final gallery within 10 working days of receiving your products. If your product shoot requires extensive styling and/or retouching in post-production, this may be subject to change. Don't worry, we will always keep you up to date if your product shoot is due to take a little longer than usual.

We provide a range of props and backdrops in the studio, available for use in your product shoots.

If you're looking for something more specific, we are happy to source extra props/backdrops (for an additional fee). Please let us know if you require this on the enquiry form, as well as your required colours and props.

If you're looking to include perishable props in your shoot, such as food items or flowers, these will be purchased just before the shoot and the receipt added to your final invoice for reimbursement.

Please package your products securely (preferably in bubble wrap/packing paper), as we don't want any of your products getting damaged in transit. Double check 'The Caramel Studio' address before posting, we don't want your products getting lost on their journey to us!

We ask that the client covers all shipping costs to and from the studio.

If you require your products to be returned to you, please provide us with a prepaid return label or organise a courier service to collect your products after the shoot.

If you do not require your products to be returned, they will be donated or discarded appropriately.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your product shoot. Production starts after the deposit has been paid. The other 50% payment (final invoice) is due prior to release of the final gallery.
